By downloading, installing, or using the Decor AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Decor AI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to photograph rooms and see them transformed with various color schemes and design modifications. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate redesigned room images based on user inputs.
The App offers a free tier with limited usage (1 image upload, 2 prompts) and paid subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment will be charged to your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. AI-generated redesigned images are provided for your personal use. The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Decor AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
The redesigned images generated by our AI are provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be accurate, suitable for construction, or meet specific design standards. AI-generated designs should be considered as inspiration and not as professional architectural or interior design advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
